Stationery Jack is committed to ensuring that customer care and service is an integral part of the day to day running of our small business.

As an organisation we will be courteous, helpful, open and honest in delivering high quality stationery. We will always aim to be professional and positive in our approach to your queries and orders as well as effective in listening to anybody if they need to express any form of dissatisfaction.

DESIGNS & COPYRIGHT
No customer or visitor may reproduce any copyrighted work in print, video, or digital form in violation of the law. Works and designs displayed on any of the Stationery Jack platforms are considered protected even if they do not carry the copyright symbol. Copyright works include, but are not limited to, digital designs, printed designs, all graphics and print related items created by Stationery Jack.

If a copyright infringement is reported or discovered we will take legal action.

Please remember that all of our designs take time to create. We do this not only to earn a living but to help other small businesses.

Designs may vary slightly when in print compared to whats displayed on screen, including text, placement of text and graphics and colour.

1. Introduction

1.1 What data does Stationery Jack Collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

When an order is placed via our website we collect the following personally identifiable information

Full Name
Address
Email Address

We also ask for your business logo and any additional branding you may wish to include.
We may use software tools to measure ad collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page.

1.2 How do we collect this data?

This data is supplied to Stationery Jack at the checkout process via PayPal. We receive the details you select at the time of ordering. Information is then stored on our website account, so we can dispatch your parcel to the correct address. We also receive an email from PayPal confirming a purchase has been made and the address you have requested we send the items to.

1.3 Why do we collect this data?

We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes;

So, we require your Full Name & Address so that we can send your parcel to the correct place of residence once it has been completed. We also ask for your email address, so we can get in touch with you should there be a problem or to send design previews of items should you require them.

1.4 Do we share this data?

Your data is not shared with or sold to any outside individuals.

We share your Full Name & Delivery Address with the delivery company you choose at the checkout process. For example; Royal Mail or DPD. This is so your parcel can be delivered to you.

1.5 Cookies
​
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitors browser to track movements and actions on a website. We use cookies for security, to remember log in details and to preload pages already visited.

2. Using Your Data for Marketing Purposes

2.1 Opting In
​
We require your permission to send any marketing or promotional emails. People must subscribe to our mailing list of their own volition in order for us to use the data you supply. If you do not your email address will never be used for this purpose.

2.2 Opting Out
​
If you subscribe to our mailing list but decide you would like to opt out of receiving further marketing emails you can unsubscribe at any time. There is a link on every one of our newsletters and promotional emails that will allow you to remove yourself from the mailing list. Once you have done so you will no longer receive marketing emails from Stationery Jack unless you choose to resubscribe at a time in the future.

2.3 Other Communication

We may contact you to notify you about changes to your account, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to send updates about our business, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any other agreement we may have with you. 3. How Do We Keep your Data Secure?

3.1 Data stored digitally

The information collected during the checkout process is stored on our website server. The Stationery Jack website is hosted through Wix and they employ the following security measures to ensure all of the data collected is secure;

Wix employ full-time security consultants, dedicated to the security of customer information.

Wix is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. This standard helps create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud. They regularly perform internal security audits to maintain our ISO/PCI security certifications.

Wix's signup and login services are completed through a secure server (HTTPS/SSL).

Wix uses cryptography hash functions to protect information. Password are stored as a hash digest and, in the event of a security breach, original passwords cannot be recovered from our servers.

Wix.com is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce, regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, and therefore adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.

Wix has the following tools; right to access and the right to be forgotten, which will meet GDPR requirements. Allowing us to send you a complete list of the data we hold or remove it should you request this of us.

Your Full Name and Address are saved on shipping labels, these are stored on our secure Dropbox Business Account.

Dropbox is designed with multiple layers of protection, including secure data transfer, encryption, network configuration and application-level controls distributed across a scalable, secure infrastructure.

Dropbox users can access files and folders at any time from a number of interfaces, including the desktop, web and mobile clients, or via third-party applications connected to Dropbox. Each has security settings and features that process and protect user data whilst ensuring ease of access. All of these clients connect to secure servers to provide access to files, allow file sharing with others and update linked devices when files are added, changed or deleted.

We employ security measures on all of our devices to ensure data is stored securely.

3.2 Data stored as a hard copy
​
We do not print any documents with your information present. The only thing printed is a shipping label which is then placed on your parcel and sent to you. Second copies are not produced.

4. Requesting a Copy of the Data we hold

You can request a copy of all the data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can be obtained direct from Stationery Jack or from one of our official brand reps. Expiry dates are up to our discretion and you will be informed of them when receiving one.

Each time you place an order with us, you receive a code for your next one in your parcel.
​
If you use a discount code via our website and your postage calculation is incorrect because of this we reserve the right to use alternative methods to accommodate the price paid. For example reducing the speed to RM Second Class.

We reserve the right to include/exclude any items from discounts.
Bundles of any kind, Die Cut Stickers and certain promo items are always excluded as standard.
ARTWORK
When sending through logos and artwork such as business cards please make sure these are the best quality you have. Screenshots are not a good way of sending your files, this reduces the quality dramatically. If you choose to do this we are not responsible for any pixelation or loss of legibility.

Business card files need to fit the appropriate dimensions, 86x56mm. We will not adjust your graphics without an original design file produced in a program such as Adobe Illustrator.
